Refund & Return Policy – KLÆON Perfumes
All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened perfume products.
We accept returns only if:

The product arrived damaged,

The product received was incorrect, or

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
To qualify for a return:

Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

The product must remain sealed and unused.
Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method via Tap Payments within 5–10 business days.

Promotional or clearance items
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
