Shipping Policy – KLÆON Perfumes
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates, GCC Countries, and Internationally using our logistics partner CSS eLogix.
2. Delivery Timeframes (UAE)
FREE Next-Day Delivery Across UAE
All UAE orders receive free next-day delivery when placed before 2:00 PM.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.
Remote UAE Areas
Delivery may take an additional day depending on location, but remains free for the customer.
No Same-Day Delivery
Same-day or bullet/dedicated delivery services are not included in our existing logistics contract.
3. Delivery Fees (UAE)
✅ FREE Delivery on All Orders Within the UAE
KLÆON absorbs all domestic courier fees, so customers enjoy free shipping with no extra charges.
Prices on our website are exclusive of VAT, which is added at checkout.
4. GCC & International Shipping
GCC Countries (Saudi, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain)
Shipping rates apply based on weight and destination.
VAT, customs, and handling fees vary by country.
COD is available only within GCC (additional fee applies).
International Shipping (Worldwide)
Available as prepaid only.
Rates depend on zone and package weight.
5. VAT & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT.

VAT is calculated and added at checkout.

Shipping within UAE is free, but international shipments may incur VAT, duties, or customs fees at destination.
6. Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day via our fulfilment partner CSS eLogix.
Orders placed after cut-off ship the next business day.
7. Return-to-Origin (RTO)
If the courier fails to deliver after multiple attempts, the order may return to the depot.
Internal RTO fees are handled by KLÆON; customers do not pay extra unless the failure was due to incorrect address information.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos.
We will replace the item or arrange a refund according to our Refund Policy.
